She has instructed Mat and Equipment Certification Courses to people of varied backgrounds, who fell in love with the magic of Pilates. She practiced and studied this ingenious mind-body method of exercise at the original school that Joseph H. Pilates himself had founded. Upon completion of her course, she received her certificate from Romana Kryzanowska – Joseph Pilates’ pupil of 26 years.
